CASE MANAGER

HEAD START PROGRAM
Northern Rhode Island

35 Hours per week
Basic Head Start and Early Head Start

Duties and responsibilities include case management, recruitment, conducting self-sufficiency assessments and goal plans, conducting home visits, maintaining client records, tracking attendance and appropriate follow-up, collaborating with colleagues and community partners, maintaining electronic records for all families. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or closely related field. Full-year position with part-time hours over the summer months.
